One call to Rodger Engineering re-established a $300,000 per day revenue stream to full capacity.
Field Service Success Story:
One call to Rodger Engineering restored a $300,000 per day revenue stream. Customer had failed their state compliance test and did not know why. Rodger Engineering was able to travel to the site same day. We provided guidance that saved the customer time, money, and embarrassment. They were going to completely disassemble the unit with a crane, only to find out that the disassembly would not have helped their problem at all. While the casualty progressed, product deliveries were impossible, as a result they had a damaged reputation, upset customers, and had to pay for many hours of overtime. The failed test already cost them embarrassment with the state and about $10,000.
Rodger Engineering was able to get them back in compliance with their air permit within 5 days. We ensured them they would pass their new compliance
test and not have to retest again and we assisted them with a simple product modification that would guarantee that this casualty would never happen again. They are still our customer to this day. It was the start to a beautiful relationship.
“We were able to save them embarrassment and unnecessary delays with only a few days of on-site time. ”

Field Service Success Story:
Oxidizer fires cause obvious damage but also some un-seen damage that you won’t be able to diagnose till start-up. A 50 Million Gallon per year Ethanol plant had a fire and subsequent overhaul. We were hired to supervise the contractors who were replacing the destroyed parts of the oxidizer. All went well until start-up. The 2 million dollar machine would not start and no-one knew why but us. Two hours later they were up and at full process flow.
